Interim leadership
Where a senior commercial or delivery function is required and none is in place. We establish it, run it, and build the capability to hand over.
Independent review

Our standard
StratMonk does not maintain a bench of generalists. Every person we place has performed the role before, on comparable projects and under comparable contracts. We do not place people to learn on a client’s project.
