Capability that delivers
Commercial and technical strategy carries value only where it is translated into built work. We provide the project and construction management capability, and the site-based engineering resources, through which that translation happens.
Where delivery is decided
A project is delivered by the people holding the positions — the project manager sequencing the works against the contract, the construction manager resolving what the drawings did not anticipate, the engineer measuring what was actually installed.
Delivery succeeds where those roles are held by people who have done the work before and understand what the commercial and programme consequences of a site decision will be.
How we approach it
Project and package management
Management of projects and packages across delivery — setup and mobilisation, governance and reporting, and the integration of the commercial, design, procurement and construction functions so that each is working to the same programme and the same position. Establishing a project properly at the outset is materially cheaper than correcting it later in the delivery cycle.
Construction management
Site-based delivery leadership: coordination of the works against contract and programme requirements, subcontractor and supply chain management on site, and the day-to-day decisions on sequence, method and resourcing that determine whether a programme is achieved. Site decisions are made with their commercial consequence understood, and recorded so that entitlement arising from them is preserved.
Site and project engineering
Engineering resources at every level of a site organisation — site engineers, project engineers and senior project engineers — covering setout and survey coordination, quality and conformance, measurement of work performed, subcontractor supervision, and the contemporaneous records on which both progress reporting and any subsequent claim depend.
Interim and secondment leadership
Senior appointments where a project requires established capability at short notice: project director, deputy project director, project manager, construction manager, commercial manager and contracts manager. Placed to hold the role, run it, and build the capability to hand over.
Commissioning and handover
Commissioning management and the coordination of testing, completion and handover — including the documentation, defect close-out and completion obligations that release securities and payment. Handover managed as a planned phase rather than an administrative step protects both programme and cash position at the point a project is most exposed.
Who we act for
Contractors and joint ventures resourcing delivery teams. Principals and delivery partners requiring client-side project management. Subcontractors managing packages within a wider works programme.
